š In Times Like These
Friday 15th November 2024
Know that I am holding each and every one of you reading this and so many more beyond ā¦ in a heart overflowing with tenderness, understanding, compassion, and vast curiosity
as to what will unfold next! We are walking through these times of uncertainty one step at a time ā¦ together! All together! Our destinies inextricably interwoven. No divisions
and no separation. Into the Unknown. Hopefully with Soul in the Driverās Seat most of the time!š There is not a one single person who knows what will happen. For we are ALL
CoCreating each next step one moment at a time, one choice at a time, in love or in fear. Right here and right now! Itās that simple! Itās that scary! And itās that empowering!
āā¦ call your wholehearted attention to the continual act of creation that is the relationship between Creator and Created. Creation is but a dialogue to which you
have not responded. The Art of Thought will free you to respond ā¦ these are the basic rules of the Art of Thought: First, to experience what is and to acknowledge what is, both
as a fact of your existence as a human being and as a gift of the Creator. Second, to acknowledge the relationship inherent in the experience, the call for a response, and the nature
of all gifts as being given to all.ā - A Course of Love, T1.12-22
So letās fully experience everything with our five human senses and feel everything we are feeling, as The Art of Thought invites us to. And letās listen for what is uniquely
ours to act upon. Living each moment with gratitude, courage, kindness, curiosity, and anticipation of only the most benevolent outcome ā¦ for all ā¦ always! And if a little chat
would help, just DM or email me and weāll connect. With blessings and with so much love, Christina šŗ
PS: Hereās a fun dialogue Lynn Kidd and I enjoyed in February 2022 exploring the Art of Thought together.
šThe only response is LovešThe only time is NowšAnd we are the Ones.
āIn times like these we are entering, the more remote things feel harder to control ā¦ when it will become harder to have systems that are kind, interpersonal kindness
will matter more. It shouldnāt have to, but it will. Having each otherās backs will matter more. Checking in on your friends will matter more. Letting people sleep on your couch
will matter more. Cooking for people who are sick will matter more. We should not be in a situation where the burden of care shifts so radically from the center to the edges,
from a coordinated system to an ad hoc network, but it is where we are headed. And we will all be called on in the times ahead to be for each other what, in a better time, the
system would be. If you have a spare moment today, text or, better yet, call someone you care about and donāt reach out to enough. And just tell them you will be there in the
days that are coming. Thatās it. Thatās the assignment.ā - Anand Giridharadas,
